    Main program's features


    There are four types of license possible in the program.

    "EasyService Help Desk: 10 quantity of serviced clients-computers"

    Program price No more than ten clients-computers has ability to send requests.

    "EasyService Help Desk: 50 quantity of serviced clients-computers"

    Program price No more than fifty clients-computers has ability to send requests.

    "EasyService Help Desk: 100 quantity of serviced clients-computers"

    Program price No more than one hundred clients-computers has ability to send requests.

    "EasyService Help Desk: Unlimited quantity of serviced clients-computers"

    Program price Unlimited quantity of clients-computers has ability to send requests.

    The main set of functions:

    - Registration and watching users' requests in network TCP/IP (remote accesses support);
    - There are 3 levels of the requests descriptions: general name, accurate definition and detailed description;
    - Editing database. There is ability to make changes in requests' descriptions and creating personal structure of requests;
    - Client-server technology (three program modules);
    - Authorization;
    - 4 types program’s users. Clients, Administrators/dispatchers, performers, observers. Clients are users of network who send requests. Administrators/dispatchers are users who can view requests, appoint performers and change request’s status. Performers are users who can view requests and change requests’ status and description. Observers are users who can view all requests and make reports;
    - User's control for requests with notifications and control by administrators and performers, watching of requests by observers;
    - There is ability to create reports;
    - E-mail notifications;
    - There is opportunity to send files. User can attach file to request. This file can be edit by administrator or performer;
    - There are opportunities to exchange messages only between administrator and performer, the "ping" function for checking clients' computers;
    - Many languages support. There are two languages available in program: English and Russian. There is opportunity to add configurations with any other languages.

    There is easy interface in program, which will be clear for any users. The program does not require for special training. There are comfy received requests control scheme for administrators and performers and excellent opportunity for users to checking own requests.
